Responding to news that a fifth of new drugs will be rationed because of NHS cost-cutting plans, Kyle Taylor Director of Smart Brexit said:
“It is hard to understand how preventing cancer patients from receiving life-saving drugs is anything other than cruel and is the obvious effect of dangerously cutting back costs. Once Brexit happens, up to £150million a week will be coming back to the UK and this money should be transferred directly to the NHS’s bank account so patients get the best health care possible. Only that way can we get the best from Brexit.”
